For nonprofits, DV shelters & legal aid

The evidence that protects
survivors should cost
them nothing.

CaseGuardian partners with domestic violence organizations, legal aid groups, and state coalitions to put court-ready evidence tools in the hands of people who need them most.

"Systems have been designed against ordinary people. The window to change that is now." The advocacy pricing and nonprofit partnership program exists because of this belief, not despite business pressure.

Why we do this

Access to justice is not a premium feature

A survivor documenting abuse, a tenant photographing uninhabitable conditions, a parent recording a denied custody exchange. These people have the same legal right to evidence that corporations spend thousands of dollars producing. We built CaseGuardian to close that gap.

The nonprofit and advocacy tier is not a marketing tactic. It is part of the company's founding structure. Quantum Companies Global, CaseGuardian's parent, is building toward a trust structure that funds access-to-justice nonprofit work. The advocacy program is the first layer of that commitment, active from day one.

When your organization partners with CaseGuardian, your clients get the same blockchain-anchored, attorney-verifiable evidence tools that paying subscribers receive. Your organization pays per seat. Nothing is charged to the people you serve.

$0
Cost to the survivor or client. Your org absorbs the seat fee. They receive full Pro access.
$24.99
Per seat, per month. Less than a co-pay. Less than a bus pass to a legal aid appointment.
15s
Time for an attorney to verify a survivor's sealed evidence record. Bitcoin-anchored, independently auditable.
Nonprofit pricing

Flat per-seat. Org-billed. Full access for survivors.

Survivors access CaseGuardian through the organization supporting them, at no cost to them. No tiered pricing, no usage caps, no feature limits for advocacy accounts. You pay a flat seat rate.

Nonprofit / DV Organization Seat License

Full CaseGuardian Pro access for each client seat. Your organization is the billing entity. Individual clients create their own accounts and use the app independently. Your dashboard shows seat usage counts only, with zero access to evidence content. Entry text and attached files are encrypted with a key we never receive.

$24.99
per seat / month
Billed monthly. No annual lock-in for organizations under 25 seats. Cancel or reduce seats with 30 days notice. For 25+ seats, annual billing available at the same rate.
  • Full Pro access for every seat holder
  • Bitcoin-anchored, attorney-verifiable evidence capture
  • Org usage dashboard (seat counts only, no evidence content)
  • AI evidence parsing (opt-in per item, PII-redacted output)
  • Sealed Attorney Package sharing
  • Chain-of-custody PDF export
  • Patterns intelligence
  • Entry text and files encrypted with a key we never receive
  • No ads, no data sold, no IDFA collection

Client-pays advocacy rate

Some organizations would rather their clients hold their own subscription than carry seats on the org budget. We support that. Clients you refer subscribe individually at $14.99 a month against the standard consumer price of $29.99, and the account is theirs from the first capture. No seat commitment from you, no minimum, no procurement cycle. We set your referral route up on a single call.

Co-pay model

Your organization covers part of the seat cost and the client pays the remainder. Useful when your funding requires client financial participation or when you want to build client ownership of the tool. We configure the split at onboarding.

What your dashboard can reach, and what it cannot

Your org's usage dashboard answers four questions and no others: which organization you are, how many seats and codes you hold, how many have been redeemed, and what you are billed. It has no query path to client evidence. No evidence filenames, no GPS data, no case content. There is no advocate login anywhere in the product that opens a client's record, and any partner can ask us to walk them through the code that shows it.

Partnership models

How organizations work with us

Three partnership structures depending on your organization's size, funding model, and how you support clients.

🏠
DV Shelters & Crisis Centers
Seat licenses for active shelter residents and recent alumni in active legal proceedings. Staff receive a short training. Clients are onboarded through your private referral route, and the evidence they build is theirs. Not the shelter's, not ours.
Accepting partners
Legal Aid Organizations
Seat licenses distributed by caseworkers at intake. Attorneys on staff can use the Attorney Individual plan to receive and verify client-shared evidence packages. Paralegal training available. Org-billed seats or the client-pays advocacy rate, whichever fits your funding.
Accepting partners
🌐
State & Coalition Partners
State DV coalitions extend the advocacy rate across their member organizations under one agreement. The coalition receives a usage dashboard and an annual impact report. Member orgs operate independently under the coalition umbrella. Custom SLA available for state-level partners.

What the advocacy pricing is not

The advocacy/nonprofit tier is not a loss-leader designed to convert nonprofits into full-price customers. It is a permanent structural commitment. The price is set at a level that covers operating costs for those seats, not at a loss, because an unsustainable program helps no one. We do not market through advocate partners to their clients. Clients who receive access through your organization are your clients. They choose whether to maintain their own subscription independently after your program ends.
